There are two kinds of repair people in the industry, Computer Technicians, and Engineers, we are proud to be of the latter as we dont just provide a fix, but a solution to the problem, and effective means to avoid a re-occurance of the same problem, either by educating the client, or setting up countermeasures.
Can I bring my computer to you?
Yes, and please do, you can drop your computer off at any time from 10am through to 9pm 7 days a week, but please call in advance to ensure that someone will be here to collect your computer.

What should I bring?
It depends on the problem, the things that we usually do not need are:- The Monitor (Screen; or Display)
- Monitor Cables
- The Mouse
- The Keyboard
- Any Cables
How much do you charge?
We charge a nominal rate of $90.00 per hour labour in half hour increments, with a minumum of half an hours work ($45.00), up to a maximum of 3 hours of work* ($270).* Onsite work is NOT capped at 3 hours.
We will call you about any extra costs for parts or hardware before commencing.
Will you come to my house?
Yes, we will come and service your computer at your home, however we discourage this since we do not have access to all of our diagnostic tools if we are onsite causing the job to take longer and costing you more money. Also, there is no 3 hour cap for onsite work.
Will you pick up or deliver my computer?
Yes, we will come and collect or deliver your computer for at the rate of $10.00 per trip, which will be added to your final bill.This service is limited to the following locations:
- Bullaburra
- Wentworth Falls
- Leura
- Katoomba
- Medlow Bath
- Blackheath
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
30 days on any work done, and one year on new parts/hardware unless otherwise stated.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Cash or Direct Deposit. Payment is expected in full on delivery/pickup.
Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately, the factor that allows us to give you the personal and professional service you've come to expect, is also the factor that excludes the option for anything but payment in full. However, if you are on a restricted budget, please call us to discuss your options.
